About Me

Why should you choose my services?

I have been fascinated by the human psyche since a young age and have always wanted to gain a deeper understanding of it. To understand people's needs and improve my communication skills, I decided to study marketing communication. After graduating, my next steps led me to another people-oriented field: human resources.

Throughout my professional life, I have worked with people, which has helped me learn to listen and communicate effectively with various types of personalities from different corners of the world.

My own personal journey first led me to psychotherapy as
a client. When my life changed significantly and positively,
I realized I wanted to pass on this valuable experience to others. Shortly thereafter, I enrolled in psychotherapy training, and now it is my turn to help others on their own journeys.
